Case Manager

We are always looking for a talented people to join our rapidly growing Financial Advisory firm. Our corporate office is located in Newport Beach, California and we have an open Case Manager position in our Oxnard office.  We offer a competitive salary with access to a 401k plan and health insurance.  Candidates should be familiar with the financial services industry and have a Series 7 and 65/66 licenses.

Job Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Meeting with clients along with primary adviser  
• Supporting primary adviser with case preparation and client service
• Creating illustrations and processing new business paperwork
• Maintaining and updating client management system
