Case Manager

We are looking for a talented person to join our rapidly growing Financial Advisory firm. We are a national firm and have a position open for a Case Manager who would work in our Bethesda, Maryland office.  We offer a competitive salary and a potential bonus as well as access to a 401k plan and health insurance. The candidate needs to have experience working with clients, preferably in the financial services industry.  If there is no experience in the financial services industry, other industries could include insurance, mortgage, legal, banking or accounting.  The candidate will need to take both the Series 7 and 66 exams within a 6 month timeframe from the start date.

Job Duties would include but are not limited to:

• Meeting with clients along with primary adviser   
• Supporting primary adviser with case preparation and client service
• Creating illustrations and processing new business paperwork
• Maintaining and updating client management system
• Review and interpret financial statements, perform numerical calculations and run hypothetical illustrations.
• Enter trades from clients
• Research and resolve client service problems
